Local delivery is offered to our customers within our GTA coverage zone.
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Pickering, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Ajax, Thornhill, Unionville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, Oshawa, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Georgetown, Acton, Halton Hills, Halton, Nobleton, Caledon, Caledon East, Caledon Village, Bolton, Orangeville, Inglewood, King City, King, Erin, Inglewood, Newmarket, and Aurora
These orders are delivered directly by our drivers to the customer without Canada Post being involved.
Shipping orders is offered to all other customers across Canada. We will pack and drop off your order within 1-2 business days to a Canada Post office. You will also receive a tracking code once the order is shipped. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before noon.
Local deliveries are from 2PM – 10PM. If you need a specific delivery time, please reach out to us the day before. We do not offer specific delivery ETAs as our drivers will optimize their routes to ensure all deliveries are completed during the day.
Yes, if your order is being shipped by Canada Post you will receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days automatically via email.
Local delivery orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be delivered the next day.
In order to accomodate for our customers and offer a flexible schedule, we are proud to offer multiple options. During check out you will be able to choose the option that is best for you.
Our last delivery finishes at 10PM EST. Unfortunately we do not do late deliveries.
If you are not available at the time of delivery we will do our best to contact you. Otherwise we will leave your product in non-discreet location if it is a house or attempt another delivery.
Yes, for local deliveries. Our team will reach out to you via text or call before a delivery to ensure you are available. For shipping orders, you will be able to monitor the status through your tracking number.
If you find your product was damaged or in a poor condition please take a few pictures and reach out to us at [email protected] We recommend taking pictures of the product/unboxing as soon as you receive them to avoid any discrepancy issues.
Local GTA deliveries are completed by 10PM EST. For shipping orders, Canada Post will do their best to provide an estimate but please note that these are subject to change.
If there is an issue with your order please contact us at [email protected] Any refund or return requests must be initiated within two days from the day the order is marked as completed.
We mark all orders as completed when it is delivered by our drivers or by Canada Post. You will receive an automated email from our system indicating the order is completed.
