Need to know if your order is still out for delivery?

If you ordered and paid before our 2PM cut off then your order is guaranteed to be delivered today. Delivery may be a bit past 10PM on days where we are experiencing a heavy volume of orders or traffic/weather related delays.

NOTE: We are not able to provide ETAs on your deliveries. All deliveries are between 2PM – 10PM everyday. Our couriers will call/text when they are 15-30 minutes away.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is only available to GTA customers who have completed a certain number of orders (usually between 3-5) with e-transfer. The Cash on Delivery payment method will automatically be enabled on your account and is available for selection at checkout if you are eligible. Please ensure you select the “GTA Express Delivery” option and ensure your subtotal prior to any discounts is over $40.
